Scope of Services
Green Tech Ventures is a full-scale marketing agency offering services such as digital marketing, branding, SEO, content creation, advertising campaigns, social media management, web development, and related consultancy. Service details, timelines, and deliverables will always be outlined in individual proposals, contracts, or service agreements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and timely information required for project execution.
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensuring that all content, materials, and data provided do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
Delays in providing required information may result in project timeline extensions.
Payment Terms
- All payments are due as per the agreed proposal or invoice.
- Services may require partial or full upfront payment before commencement.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or result in the suspension of services.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Intellectual Property
- All strategies, designs, content, and materials created by Green Tech Ventures remain our intellectual property until full payment has been made.
- Upon settlement of dues, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
- Green Tech Ventures reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing material.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, business data, and proprietary strategies. Confidentiality obligations will survive the termination of services.
Revisions & Modifications
- Clients are entitled to revisions as outlined in their service agreement.
- Any additional revisions or modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- Major changes in project direction will require a new proposal and timeline.
Limitation of Liability
Green Tech Ventures will strive to deliver professional, high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:
- Losses arising from third-party platforms (e.g., social media downtimes, ad platform issues).
- Results beyond reasonable control, such as search engine algorithm changes.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the terms in the individual service contract. Any outstanding payments for work completed up to the termination date must be settled by the client.
Governing Law
These terms & conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
Updates to Terms
Green Tech Ventures reserves the right to update or modify these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
